Shipping policy

 

a) How long will it take for my order to reach me?

For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business day. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days. Please note Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries..

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE for Online payment orders.

Cash On Delivery shipping is extra Rs 35/-

 

b) Is it possible to track my order?

As soon as you place your order, a confirmation mail will be sent to your inbox. Once the order is processed from our end and dispatched from our warehouse, courier partner will email you the details carrying your tracking number and the link to track your order.

Please note that sometimes email carrying your tracking number may land on your spam box.

C) What time of day will my order be delivered?

Our courier partners make sure they give you a call before delivering the product. Please make sure you are available to receive the calls as usually after three failed attempts at delivery followed by an email/call reminder from our team, the product shall be returned to our warehouse.

We reserve the right to ship our products in any kind of packaging available to us
